Coach Ken Ferrare

Drills. Skills. Thrills.

DST Basketball is built around a direct idea: give players disciplined reps, real accountability, and coaching that turns confidence into habits.

Ken's Bio

Coach Ken Ferrare

Ken founded Drills, Skills & Thrills Basketball after a long varsity coaching career. The company started with two weeks of camps. Today, DST has partners all over North Jersey running camps, clinics, leagues, individual and group training, and travel team evaluations.

Ken was a head varsity basketball coach for 18 years, winning championships at all three schools he coached at: Voorhees, Wayne Hills, and Morris Knolls. In 2016, Ken stepped down from coaching in high school to focus on DST and his own three sons, who all became All-County high school point guards.

In 2026, Montville High School won its first-ever State Sectional championship. Four of the five starters from that team trained exclusively with DST from fourth grade through senior year of high school.
