Camps, clinics, recreation programs, and AAU tryouts do not all register the same way. Start here and choose the path that matches the player.

Use skill-first reps, lower-pressure instruction, and a clear schedule to build confidence.
Camp, clinic, and recreation registrations are usually handled by the host town, recreation department, Boys & Girls Club, or partner registration system.

Competitive Player
Fall 2026 North Jersey Boys
Choose this path for players ready for team practices, tournaments, and a faster pace.
AAU tryout registration is handled through the DST form. Players should attend at least one session and bring a basketball.
- Main tryout: September 3 at Craig School
- Makeup tryout: September 6 at Craig School
- Grades 2-6 & 7-12, session times vary by grade

The clinic will prepare your child for the upcoming travel or recreation season. Participants will be working on dribbling, shooting, and defense.

Participants in this program will be grouped by age and ability level. The emphasis of this program will be having fun and preparing for the upcoming winter seasons.

Built Around Development
Fall AAU teams run September through early November, with one or two practices per week and five to six tournaments. Tryout registration has a $20 tryout fee; team tuition and uniform costs are handled separately after team placement.
Main Tryout
Grades 2-6 at 6 PM, grades 7-12 at 7 PM.
Makeup Tryout
Grades 2-6 & 7-12 at 2 PM or 3 PM at Craig School in Montville.
